"Happy Mondays" is a food team born from a festival wrapped in the sea breeze and music of Shonan.
They serve the Thai local dish "Khao Soi." A golden soup with the aroma of coconut rises, and crispy fried noodles dance lightly on top. The distinctive feature is "Veggie Khao Soi" using freeze-dried tofu instead of meat. While maintaining the satisfaction of a meat dish, it has evolved into a flavor that anyone can enjoy with peace of mind. Each bowl, perfected through countless adjustments of spices and herbs, is filled with sincerity toward ingredients and kindness toward those who eat it.
The stall is festival-only. Its characteristic is a "one-person setup" that completes with a single tent and one pot. By preparing fried noodles in advance, boiling work on site is eliminated, allowing quick preparation of each bowl. This system, which demonstrates maximum performance even in limited environments, is the crystallization of the chef's passion and ingenuity. Forge-Lab resonates with this philosophy and supports the activities from the website composition and design aspects.
Currently operating at two bases in Shonan and Kyushu, they are expanding mainly at festivals and markets. Product development for mail order is also progressing, preparing spice pastes and Khao Soi kits to be enjoyed at home. An EC site launch is also planned, and the day when the heat and aroma of the outdoors will be delivered directly to the dining table is not far away.
Happy Mondays, while still under construction, has started as a "free and warm project" that rekindles connections between region, food, and people.
"SHIKIORI" is a renovated old folk house live house nestled in the natural mountains of Miyawaka City, Fukuoka Prefecture.
Led by Jazz Bassist Matsunaga Seigo, Forge-Lab is currently working on building an EC site for this special place. It is a space where the surreal and nostalgia coexist, where music quietly blends into the scenery that breathes with the changing seasons.
"SHIKIORI" is a special place that resonates with nature and nurtures music and culture. Forge-Lab is conveying the depth of this space through EC site construction to communicate its charm. In the new site, we carefully weave records of music events and artists' worldviews, aiming for a design where visitors can feel the "breath" of this place.
Forge-Lab collaborated with Minami-Awaji Web, which operates Junban Watch, on a website renewal project for a client expanding corporate consulting services. Combining Minami-Awaji Web's regionally rooted production capabilities with Forge-Lab's expertise in design and implementation, we aimed to build a site that conveys specialized content in an easy-to-understand manner.
For this renewal, we used WordPress as the base, directly embedding HTML and CSS into static pages, and were responsible for the design and implementation of subpages. Considering the characteristics of a consulting company that supports corporate growth across a wide range of fields including management support and human resource development, we created a structure that emphasizes reliability and clarity. This became a valuable project where we experienced the flexible collaboration and speed of a locally-based web production team in a unified production process.

We renewed the website for "Purana Barca," a long-established Italian restaurant in Nihonbashi.
To express tradition and quality, we created everything from design planning to construction using WordPress. While maximizing the appeal of the cuisine and space, we created a homepage that serves as the "face" of the restaurant, with consideration for reservation funnels and ease of updates.
