2. Background and Achievements
I have gained experience in a diverse range of professions throughout my career. I have worked in various fields, including construction site management, building North American-style imported houses, being a musician, managing artist relations, event operations, and sales. Additionally, I am a personal trainer with 17 years of experience in weight training.

EditConstruction Industry Site Management Experience (1992-1994) Responsible for schedule management, site supervision, and construction work for renovation projects of stores, supermarkets, and convenience stores. Focused on reducing construction time and controlling costs.
Experience in North American Housing Construction (1994-1999)
As the sole Japanese craftsman, I achieved smooth communication with American staff members. I was responsible for on-site management and customer relations in English.
Artist Relations and Music-related Experience (2002-2016)
At Blue Note Tokyo, I worked as an artist attendant, supporting world-class musicians. I was also in charge of overseeing performance operations. Simultaneously, I was involved in food and beverage operations, where I learned about first-class service and operational management.
Event Operator Experience (2015-2016)
Served as an Assistant Director, responsible for constructing and managing activity facilities for children's camps, as well as overseeing foreign staff members.
